The Offices of Robert C. Polizzo Jr. CPA, Esq. is a full service Law Firm and Accounting Firm located in the heart of Northport Village focusing on serving our clients through the many complex mazes and challenges that may come their way. PROBATE
Polizzo Law will walk clients through the complex steps in Probating a loved ones Will and assist in the collection and final distribution of assets to the beneficiaries. While some estate probates are simple, some are not. Our knowledge of the Surrogate Court Rules as well as Tax Regulations enable us to properly assist in the estate probate from start to finish.
REAL ESTATE
Polizzo Law assists Buyers and Sellers in all aspects of the Real Estate Process. Whether it is your first time buying a home or if you are downsizing, we are here to assist. We have assisted clients with all types of real estate including the purchase of your primary residence, second or investment home, vacant land, condos and co-op’s. We will work seamlessly with your Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Broker to help make the process as easy as possible. From the initial call that you found your dream home to the closing table, we are there side by side with you to help you along the entire process.
TAXES (personal & corporate)
As a CPA, we prepare tax returns for both individuals and corporations. We assist clients in their collection of tax forms necessary as well as bookkeeping services for our corporate clients to assist in their recordkeeping. From the tax preparation to sales tax filings, to just general tax planning strategies to minimize taxes, we are there to assist. We consult with clients to make sure they are in compliance with all tax rules, especially as these rules change so quickly.
ESTATE PLANNING
Polizzo Law will work closely evaluating the Client’s “Big Picture” and what their goals are, both financially and legally, to assist in creating a comprehensive and customized Estate Plan. Every client’s needs are different, and with our past experiences, we are able to tailor a plan specific for each client. Whether it is a simple Will or a complex Trust, we are able to assist. We examine the clients financial portfolio and help to create a plan that minimizes taxes and makes the process easier for the client's family
TAX & ESTATE PLANNING
Once again, utilizing our legal and accounting background together, as well as prior experiences, Polizzo Law is able to assist clients in creating an overall life plan both legally with their Will and estate planning documents, as well as creating an estate plan that minimizes taxes, both now and in the future

Polizzo Law has worked with many individuals and couples as they change careers and open their own business. From forming their Corporation or LLC, to helping advise them on the proper insurance required or payroll to run for employees. We are there to advise our clients on the daily operations of their business

ABOUT ROBERT C. POLIZZO, JR.
Born and raised in Northport, Rob Graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. After graduation, Rob completed his CPA exam certification and worked at Ernst & Young, LLP for over three years in their audit department. He then left Ernst & Young LLP to attend St. John’s University Law School full time. Upon graduating with his JD in law and passing the Bar Exam, Rob opened his practice in the heart of Northport on Bayview Avenue in March, 2006.
“Growing up in Northport, I always wanted to get involved locally to make Northport a great place to raise my Family.” Rob is involved in the local community through The Kiwanis Club of Northport-East Northport as well as his involvement as Treasurer of the Northport Chamber of Commerce.
